How much does it cost to renew a trade mark in the UK?

Use this service to renew your trade mark before renewal is due or within six months of deadline.

Our fee for a standard renewal is £129.00 per trade mark, for any number of goods or servcies, plus the requisite government fee.

The UK government renewal fee is £200 for a single type of good or service, e.g. A shoe shop name for the sale of shoes. ( To add other classes is £50 per additional class, for examples, shoes and bags the filing fee is £250.)

Trade Mark Resoration + Renewal

How much does it cost to renew & restore a trade mark in the UK?

Use this service to renew your trade mark up to a year after the renewal deadline has expired.

Our fee for restoration plus renewal is £209.00 per trade mark, for any number of goods or servcies, plus the £100 government restoration fee and the requisite government fee of £200.00 (plus £50 for any additional classes).

NB: The IPO will then decide whether to restore the mark to the register and renew the registration; it must be satisfied that the failure to renew was unintentional having regard to all the circumstances. The proprietor will not be refused restoration because of the failure of their appointed agent to ensure renewal.
